How do luxury vinyl, laminate, hardwood and tile flooring differ?
LVP and LVT are luxury vinyl in plank and tile formats. Laminate is a separate layered product, typically with a wood-fiber core. Hardwood has a real wood surface, with solid and engineered constructions. Ceramic and porcelain tile are different materials again.
