Real wood veneer flooring with a stone core · Toledo Design House
MSI Woodhills
Woodhills offers something a printed wood pattern cannot: a genuine wood surface with its own grain and variation. The collection combines that veneer with a stone core and locking installation. At Toledo Design House, compare the wood tone across several planks and consider how it connects your living spaces.

Make it your own
Plan the whole room.
- Compare several planks beside your cabinetry and furniture. Real wood variation and knots will contribute to the finished room.
- Bring the dimensions of connected rooms and doorways so transitions and the varying-length layout can be discussed together.
- Tell us about the existing floor, lower-level spaces and any radiant heating before selecting the installation approach.

Before you choose
Woodhills questions, answered.
Is Woodhills the same construction as luxury vinyl plank?
No. Its visible surface is real wood veneer over a stone core. That differs from the printed wood appearance of luxury vinyl and from a solid hardwood board.
Does the waterproof label eliminate subfloor moisture testing?
No. MSI's installation requirements still call for moisture testing, a suitable flat subfloor and planned expansion space. The room and substrate need review before installation.
