Glazed ceramic wall tile and mosaics · Toledo Design House

Daltile Mythology

Mythology can add detail to a room without relying on a bold printed pattern. The glaze catches light, while a curved or angular shape changes the pace of the wall. Toledo Design House can help you compare the surface, grout and layout with the cabinetry and fixtures you plan to keep.

Make it your own

Plan the whole room.

  • Compare the tile beneath the actual lighting direction; raised texture and glossy glaze can create stronger highlights than a flat color reference suggests.
  • Use the backsplash height and outlet locations to compare arabesque, picket and rectangular layouts before selecting the pattern.
  • Plan the exposed ends and upper edge with coordinating trim, particularly where two structures have different thicknesses.

Before you choose

Mythology questions, answered.

Can Mythology picket mosaic be used on a shower floor?

No. The manufacturer's application table does not approve the collection for shower floors or other interior floors. Coordinate it with a separately floor-rated selection.

Can Wave Crest be installed in an offset brick pattern?

Daltile specifies a straight-joint layout for the 4 × 12 Wave Crest. If you prefer an offset pattern, compare the Undulated rectangle and its separate installation guidance before choosing.
