- Dimensions
- Nominal 7 × 48 planks with 5 mm total thickness.
- Surface and backing
- Bayhill Blonde lists a 20 mil wear layer and 1 mm IXPE backing; the backing is included in the total thickness.
- Color examples
- Bayhill Blonde has light brown wood-inspired grain. Other choices include Abingdale, Blythe, Hatfield and Whitby White.
- Installation planning
- The current MSI guide requires subfloor assessment, moisture testing and expansion space. Doorways and long spans also require transition planning.

Is Andover laminate or wood flooring?
Neither. Andover is rigid-core luxury vinyl with a wood-inspired surface. Compare it with laminate or hardwood as a different material and installation system.
Does the attached backing eliminate subfloor preparation?
No. MSI still requires a suitable, flat subfloor and moisture assessment. Existing flooring, transitions and expansion space need review before installation; the backing does not correct an unsuitable surface.
