Flexible glue-down luxury vinyl plank · Toledo Design House
Daltile Harper's Place
Harper's Place is a flexible vinyl plank installed with adhesive, offering a different construction from rigid click flooring. The version, color and adjoining floor heights should be considered together. Toledo Design House can help you compare the options and discuss the subfloor preparation needed before material quantities and installation are quoted.

Make it your own
Plan the whole room.
- Identify the exact color and construction together; the two versions do not share the entire palette.
- Compare the finished height beside tile, carpet and doorways, including the planned preparation and transitions.
- Share the existing floor type and any moisture concerns so the glue-down installation scope can be assessed.

Before you choose
Harper's Place questions, answered.
Does the version with an attached pad click together?
No. Both Harper's Place constructions are flexible glue-down products. An attached pad does not turn this collection into a floating click floor; use the installation requirements for the selected version.
Is the pictured Farmhouse color offered in both thicknesses?
The current sheet lists Farmhouse HP37 as a special-order color in the 3 mm construction with an attached pad. It is not listed in the 2 mm palette. Confirm order requirements and lead time before scheduling installation.
